Sexual Offences Amendment Act Submission

On 31 October RAPCAN joined several other organisations in a joint submission to the Department of Justice and Correctional Services to improve the new Criminal Law, Sexual Offences and Related Matters Amendment Act (Sexual Offences Amendment Act).

Sexual Offences Courts Advocacy

RAPCAN conducted research on children’s experiences of sexual offences courts, culminating in two publications in 2014. Children, caregivers and court support workers from RAPCAN’s Child Witness Project were involved in the research.
