Isibindi training for youth participation

The National Child and Youth Care Workers Association Isibindi SafeParks model is endorsed by the Minister of Social Development as a success story for job creation. Child and Youth Care Workers are trained and acknowledged as social service professionals who enhance the child protection system. RAPCAN was commissioned to conduct pilot training of Child and Youth Care Workers at 3 sites in Gauteng and Eastern Cape respectively, to promote youth participation in Isibindi sites. RAPCAN has shared social messaging and experiential lifeskills training through this initiative from 3-21 November 2014.
